Backroad Construction is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Project Runner to keep our operations running smoothly. This role supports our crews by handling daily errands, supply runs, and vehicle upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
• Refill company vehicles with fuel and monitor maintenance needs
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory at the shop
• Coordinate with foremen and office staff for daily task lists
• Maintain accurate delivery and mileage records
• Support general site and yard organization as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and punctual work habits
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Familiarity with construction materials preferred but not required

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time, Monday–Friday
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
